Services

Here is a list of various services I offer to my patients. If you have any questions, please reach out by email.

Acupuncture: An integrative system of medicine that uses small single-use sterilized needles to stimulate specific points on the body to promote the body's natural healing mechanisms to alleviate pain and treat various physical and mental-emotional issues.

Tuning Forks: A system of sound healing that uses the power of vibration, intention and gentle touch to stimulate acupuncture points to support relaxation and bring the mind and body into greater harmony.

Moxibustion: A heat therapy where the prepared and dried herb mugwort is ignited and held near the skin in order to warm and stimulate acupuncture points. Its warmth is deeply penetrating and helps increase circulation and relax tight muscles.

Tui Na: Which literally means "pinch and pull," is a type of therapeutic massage used to help improve circulation and loosen tight and painful muscles.

Cupping: Small plastic cups are placed on the body using suction to help release tight and painful muscles and encourage healing.

Electrical Stimulation: Similar to a TENS unit, electrical stimulation leads are connected to the end of acupuncture needles and a gentle micro-current stimulates the acupuncture points. E-Stim has been shown to reduce inflammation and stimulate the release of endorphins, the body's natural pain-killing chemicals.

Herbal Therapy: Medicinal herbs are a great way to help nourish the body naturally.  Herbs can safely and effectively address a variety of health concerns. From boosting the immune system to helping lower inflammation, medicinal herbs are a great way to help support and improve one's health.

Face Reading: is a classical diagnostic method found within Classical Chinese Medicine that analyzes the structure and patterns of one’s facial features.  It adds insight and valuable diagnostic information in order to understand one’s constitutional nature, personality tendencies, and overall health.

Nutritional Counseling: Learn more about common inflammatory foods and how changes in one's diet can have dramatic effects on one's health and wellbeing.

Lifestyle Coaching: A personal passion that is near and dear to my heart is helping individuals transform and change for the better.

Personal Qi Gong Lessons: Qi Gong is a system of a healing practice that uses gentle movement, intention, and breath to reduce stress, increase flexibility and improve overall health and well-being.
